Hi, I'm Liz.
My vision is to see leadership at every level in mission-driven organizations. I am a thought partner for building intrapreneurial and team-oriented cultures based on positive workplace relationships. I have a Master's degree in International Affairs, with a specialty on conflict analysis, and I am currently working on a leadership development graduate certificate from George Washington University. I am a Certified Professional Coach, an Energy Leadership practitioner, and I bring work experience from both private and public sectors. I have a passion for data analysis, gamifying the workplace and empowering more women to enter the leadership pipeline. I practice 'whole person' coaching, and I believe passionately in work-life integration, as I began my coaching practice while also becoming a first time mom.
What I can do for you
As a professionally trained Leadership Coach, I have the process and expertise to help you cut through all the "noise" that gets in the way of making the really tough decisions. I help you evaluate the pros and cons of a situation and ask the right question to help you consider a fresh perspective. I challenge you to be specific with your goals and to design a strategy to achieve the goal effectively and efficiently. I have knowledge about leadership practices, ranging from emotional intelligence to difficult conversations, to the different models of the leadership process.
Whole Person Coaching
I believe in coaching the whole person -- your career is affected by your personal life, and your personal life is affected by your career. This means we take into account your whole life when considering career decisions. We think about how your professional life affects (and is affected by) other considerations, like family, spirituality, friendships, health, and personal finances.
